Chinese Mac

Unicode support in Adobe InDesign allows for inclusion of Chinese text in the English version of the application. Erik Rasmussen has for some time, and with help of many others put together an excellent Chinese Mac web-site, providing many tips, tricks and step-by-step instructions on making Chinese text on an English Mac OSX system work. There is also a small section dedicated for Windows users.
