Website update/fix

After the website upgrade I ran at the end of January, several links went ‘haywire’, amongst which the subscribe to blog feeds and links in the tutorials overview page. These have now been fixed.

In addition I have added a table CSS to the CSS style used for this site. It has thus far only been applied to the Tutorials link. The new formatting makes it easier to distinguish one row from another by using alternating row fill colours for odd and even rows. Hovering over the table will highlight the selected row.
