Brio no it’s not butter…

By Cari Jansen | April 20, 2008

Brio… interesting name… a children’s modeling train set series that allows you to build connections, model railroads. But move to a different location in the world and you’re talking “butter”… Brio (the Netherlands), was a Unilever product introduced in 1963, a margarine. I’m not sure if that particular brand name still exists today. But thought it was an interesting fact to share :), given that Adobe has code named its next generation of Acrobat Connect “Brio”.

If you’ve not had a play with Acrobat Connect before, Brio will be a nice introduction. Enabling you to collaborate online with up to 3 people. Share your screen, including sound/video connection with a friend. Or use it provide Photoshop support for your father, who happens to live on the other side of the world :)
